Please read the important policy guidelines below before participating in the live shows. I will be referencing these on my lives frequently and will be enforcing them consistently.
How to Claim
First and foremost: Please FOLLOW me on TikTok so that we can communicate about your order through direct message.
To claim an item, type “CL” + the item code (number or letter/number combo) shown on screen.
Claims are awarded based on what appears first on my screen, which may differ from what you see on yours.
Please claim responsibly—each claim is a commitment to purchase.
Once an item has been claimed, you can request to replace it only once, and only with another item of equal or greater value.
Sales Tax
As a registered California seller, I am required by law to collect sales tax on all purchases shipped within California.
This tax is not an extra fee from me—it is a state requirement and part of my fiduciary duty as a business owner.
Applicable sales tax will automatically be added to your invoice.
Bracelet Sizing
All bracelets are either adjustable or generally sized at 7".
Bracelet sizes will be confirmed during the live showing.
If you would like a bracelet re-sized, you must DM me with the new size you would like.
Size changes are subject to the availability of stones. If not enough are available your claimed bracelet can be returned to stock with no penalties.
Resizing Fees are as follows:
Downsizing Cost: $1
Upsizing Cost: $2
Deposits
A $10 non-refundable deposit is required after making your first claim per show.
This amount will be credited toward your final invoice. Any taxes paid on this amount by California residents will NOT be charged in the final invoice.
Deposits must be made through my website. Link will be in the LinkTree.
You must enter your TikTok username with your deposit so I can match the deposit to your basket.
Invoices & Payment
Invoices will be posted to my website under Live Sale Invoices within two business days after the live stream. Follow the link in the website's header and find your invoice to add it to your cart and complete your purchase.
Payment is due within 24 hours of the invoice becoming available.
Unpaid invoices will result in your basket being canceled, your deposit forfeited, and possible restrictions on future participation.
Shipping
Shipping will be calculated on my website when you pay your invoice.
Free shipping is available on orders of $150 or more.
Orders are shipped within 5–10 business days after your invoice has been paid.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will require additional shipping charges which you will be responsible for.
Order Policy
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
No “put backs” will be allowed once an item has been claimed.
Please keep notes or screenshots of your claimed items for your reference.
Community Expectations
Kindness is required! Any rude, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior toward myself, my team, or other shoppers will result in removal from the live and refusal of future service.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow shop policies.
